CONTRACT ON DOGS
Purchaser agrees to have their puppy examined by a veterinarian within 5 days of pick up or delivery. If the puppy does not pass the physical or has any serious health problems, you will then return the puppy with proof of problems for a 100% refund or another puppy when there is one available. I give a 2-year guarantee from purchase date against Hip Dysplasia and any life threatening congenital condition. I must see proof of existing problems from a licensed veterinarian or specialist. I will then have you do a spay/neuter with your pet or breeding dog. If you had purchased a breeding quality puppy, I will then give you another puppy from our next available litter same sex same color. You can keep your spay/neuter pet. But if you purchased a pet this dog will still make along life companion but I will refund $300 to go towards medical bills and such, for we as breeders can only try our best not to produce genetic health problems by us testing the parents, when registering any of my dogs through AKC or any other registary like MASCA, NAMASCUSA, ASDR, or NSDR you must use my kennel name to register the puppy or dog, if my kennel name is not used I will pull and void your health guarantee and there will be a $1000 fine. REASONS FOR 2 year GUARANTEE
I have been advised by a licensed vet that not only can a dog get hip dysplaisia hereditarily but a dog can also get it over time from jumping from the back of a truck, off stairs, beds, couches and running and slipping and sliding. I agree with the vet who told me this. Please do not allow your dog to jump or do agility until after 1 year. No one can guarantee any puppy from these problems so we are trying to make it right with everyone for we wouldn’t want these problems to happen to us.
No full cash refund will be available after the 5-day agreement. Celebrity Ward’s will not be held responsible for any medical care or cost of the bill of new owners of said puppy. Celebrity Ward Farms makes no guarantee that your puppy will make a show dog in the ring it is your job to train your dog to be the best it can be, or that it will be a good breeder, I’m not responsible for your breeding dog only having 1 puppy, It will be healthy when leaving my facility. Every puppy will be seen by a licensed vet and given their first shots, de-wormed, and a complete health checkup, tails docked and dew claws removed, And all Breed quality puppies will be evaluated by a licensed veterinarian, and show puppies will be vet checked and evaluated for the show homes, but what you make of your puppy is not in any way reflect the quality you received from Celebrity ward’s Kennels
If purchasing a breeding quality dog, you agree not to breed THE FEMALES until IT has had an OFA prelim and new eye certification and has reached 18 months of age, a male dog I will allow to use as a breeding male at the age of 12 months if breeding quality, if prelims on hips, elbows, patella’s and eyes are done, if you are found to have bred a dog purchased from me before the puppy has reached it’s age of breeding, and hasn’t had a ofa rating of fair or better, or of being 18 months with a female, and 1 year for a male, I will charge you a fee of $5,000. If found that you purchased a pet quality puppy with NO Breeding rights, and It was ever found that you did hard ship papers, and had breed any of my dogs, you will be charged $5,000 and be responsible to appear in Chehalis, Lewis County court, in Washington State at small claims. And said dog would be returned to owner being the breeder, with full papers, not altered, and if I have to locate, fly or travel to your location to retrieve said dog you will be responsible for all cost and court fees, ____________ initial.
If at any time you have difficulty providing for the dog that you purchase from me and you wish to find another home for the dog, the dogs must be Spay/neuter you would need to send me proof with certificate and info to contact your vet, If puppy was placed with you as a pet, and you then could place the puppy or dog in a good pet home, if puppy was SHOW/BREED quality said puppy would be offered back to me first and given full papers and not altered, and I will give you back your $500 breeding fee with in 60 days of dog coming back to me, I will even offer you a service to place said dog on my site to help you place said dog if pet, , If found you have not full filled this agreement, I will have all rights to locate said dog, reposes him or her at your expense of all fees including air fair to pick him or her up , and all legal cost, Or If you have Lied in any way with our contract or in what you have told me and I found out different , I can reposes the dog and you will be a fined $5,000, you be coming to court in my county, Lewis ,Chehalis ,WA ,98532 ,I just want to know at all times were my dog will reside, and that my dogs will be WELL CARED FOR.

Buyer agrees to spay or neuter the puppy by 8 months of age, then with proof from a licensed vet who also states a microchip # on the papers will send them to me to get your papers to register your puppy. Registration on a show/breeding quality bogs, Once you have received Your N.S.D.R, MASCA, ASDR, NAMASCUSA or AKC you can register with other clubs for miniature Australian shepherds, if they remain under 18 ".
